Wipro Will Not Pay Variable To Employees Who Fail To Pull Off Targets; Reports

Wipro stated that its consolidated net profit for the first quarter ended June 2022 fell by around 21% year over year to Rs 2,563.6 crore. Wipro has deferred variable compensation for workers mostly because of margin pressure, inefficiencies in its personnel supply chain, and investment in technology.
