Google Hangouts No Longer Supports Group Video Calling On Android, Web

Users can no longer use the group video calling feature on Google Hangouts. This new change is a part of the latest Google Hangouts update version 36.0.340725045 and it’s applicable to both the web and Android versions of Google Hangouts.
